n+i is an abstract video inspired by a quote by E.T.A. Hoffmann, « Look at the thousands of bubbles that rise tight to the glass as pearls seething on the surface, they are volatile spirits eagerly leaving their physical prison ».

I took care of the video design starting from Emmanuel Lavergne’s photographies and Lucas Zanotto gently granted us his music piece. The video has been produced by Espace Pier Paolo Pasolini, Valenciennes (France).

Synopsis
The incursion within matter leads to outline its internal geometrical dance. Tension caused by the magnetic charge of particles compose figures which soon come undone, in a continuous waltz of fusion and fission. The borders are just an illusion, frontiers are made by links.

Linfa is en experimental short movie based on a text of Jacqueline Ceresoli, produced for the 2nd International Biennal of Environmental Communication.

Everyday the city starts its cycle. I’m part of it, circulating from an organ to another. My camera my eyes, I observe. People are there as they have always been there.

In the veins of the urban organism where the population mixes up, the vast human catalogue unfolds, and identities confronts voluntarily or not.

Désir Voilé is an experimental short movie that goes with a book of poems by Nicole Caligaris, and photos by Philippe Bertin, published by Abstème et Bobance Editions and Grand Angle Productions, Paris. I designed and edited the video in collaboration with Hanna Husberg and Elsa Cassagne, with the music of Steve Roden.

Let’s consider the mouth, the eye, the hand. This moments of the delighted, revolved and crisped body that tell us about the delicious instant, the tender ecstasy or the abyssal syncope. Focus on them, then slowly, very slowly, enlarge the scene. When will we understand that it’s matter of something else, not of God but of the body, of this way to use the body as god, that make God serve the magnificence of the body?
