<p>The first part of the course title, &#8220;The course of things&#8221;, refers to the work of Fischli &#038; Weiss &#8220;Der Lauf Der Dinge &#8220;, which documents a chain of reactions. An ideally infinite sequence of cause and effect.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
The word &#8220;interactive&#8221; is meant both in its most technologic meaning and in reference to the mutual action that &#8220;things&#8221; have among them. The &#8220;things&#8221; used in the workshop are sensors and actuators driven by a micro computers (Arduino), while &#8220;things &#8221; to which the project symbolically refer are climatic and environmental events. The scenario is therefore Earth&#8217;s ecosystems.<br />
